As each piece is carefully crafted to order,our lead time is approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation dependent on order sizes. For international orders ,shipping time generally takes an additional  4-8 weeks.

Yes, shipping and packaging charges are billed at actuals. These will be shared based on your order and delivery location.

We do not have a physical showroom at this time,as we primarily function on a made-to-order model.

We do not provide a formal warranty but we offer an annual maintenance contract for easy upkeep and any necessary servicing at an additional cost.

At Odd Collective, most of our pieces are made to order or produced in limited quantities, therefore we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged during transit, we will arrange a replacement. Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@oddcollective.in, along with clear photographs of the product, the external packaging, and the shipping box. For items that aren't damaged there is no replacement or refund available.
